RT POWER NAP in 20 MINUTES, Anywhere, Anytime

I have observed thousands of participants in RT training classes who reliably enter a deep state of relaxation their first try.  I have also observed RT takes 20 minutes or less providing an immediate, refreshing POWER NAP. 

All you need to do is close the door of your office or any room wherein you have some privacy and won’t be interrupted, you can lie down in the position of comfort (as presented in The Position of Comfort video, on this blog) or you can sit in your chair, as long as you are comfortable and have good back support.  Put on your head phones and relax into the soothing words and rhythms of Relaxation Therapy. People reliably comment how relaxed and refreshed they feel.

Please know this is not an accidental happening.  RT is designed to reset your autonomic nervous system, by turning on your parasympathetic nervous system; the system responsible for REST and DIGEST.

All you need to do is - DO IT. 

And the more you do it, the better you get at it, as you develop your relaxation skills, the more rapidly you will experience the benefits of deep relaxation.

Deep rest during your busy day will significantly accelerate your productivity, not to mention the many physical and emotional benefits you will enjoy.
