I have observed how difficult it is for people to find their focus.  There are so many things going on each day, every moment, to distract us.  They all seem important and we tend to deal with the ones most in our face.  We tend to the issue of the moment, bypassing a more thoughtful, systematic plan for the achievement of short and long term goals.
Aware of this prevalent human tendency, I developed an online psychological self-assessment tool called the PERSONAL CHANGE INDICATOR to help you quickly find your focus, a most important step toward rapid personal change.

Here's how it works.  The PCI functions like a highly efficient, well-organized mind. Starting from the perspective of a wide-angle lens, you will examine a panorama of possible concerns. The PCI will automatically adjust your lens, rapidly prioritizing these concerns according to their relative significance to you. Zooming in for a close-up, the PCI will surface your most significant personal concern, available immediately and only to you in your online "This is Me!" report.

You have set the stage for FOCUSED ACTION.

The PCI was designed to provide you with complete anonymity and fully protects your personal privacy.  I wanted you to be able to look into the mirror, see yourself honestly, examine what you see, and make thoughtful decisions to change our life with your very clear, self-defined focus.

Of course, you will use your own self-assigned username and password and your PCI reports will be maintained in your private, personal file which only you can access.  When you review current PCI completions, and compare them with previous completions, you will quickly observe desired personal change progress.
It is important to note the PCI always measures CURRENT PERSONAL CONCERNS as our concerns often change dramatically from day to day. For example, you may have no such concerns today and then learn tomorrow someone has emptied your bank account.  The PCI will now measure all the new concerns starting with a Primary Concern for Financial Matters.  You see how it works?

So, if you are so inclined, go to the PCI at
You will need an access code to take the PCI.  If you want one, just e-mail me at  and we will send you the code in short order.

Remember, you ARE what you think.  You BECOME what you do.
