Every successful athlete, executive, soldier, veteran, anyone from any walk of life who succeeds, has clearly defined goals and the passion to achieve them. It is not always easy and this requires persistence and resilience when engaged in anticipated and unexpected challenges.
When it comes to therapy, I have yet to meet an individual who came for therapy for any other reason than they didn’t feel the way they wanted to feel. Along with a sense of emotional discomfort, tension, anxiety, depression, anger and other troubling feelings, they rarely know what is causing all of this. At best, they are vague in their understanding of what they want, not to mention how to achieve it.
One of the first things I do with most anyone I work with is start Relaxation Therapy (RT) as soon as possible. With RT completed, these same troubled individuals feel calm, clearer of mind, more aware of who they are and where they want to go. NOW, the stage is set for truly focused therapy and ultimately FOCUSED ACTION.
Begin each day after a restorative good night sleep induced by RT. Replace tension, fatigue, depression and anxiety with a calm, balanced, energetic disposition.

Do RT on a regular basis as you steadily build your Relaxation Skills.
